There is just something about a cozy winter engagement session that just fills my heart to the brim. Jacob and Svetlana’s Soap Lake, Washington Winter Engagement session was everything I could’ve dreamed of for a winter shoot. If you’re recently engaged, and looking to have a winter engagement session, these are perfect for inspo – thank me later 😏
I love connecting with couples, and love it even more when I’m introduced through friends. I met Jacob and Svetlana through mutual friends, and I couldn’t wait to work with them. Their chemistry and love for one another is abundant. After several years spent capturing little moments for them, this session was extra special.
The day of their engagement session came to us by happenstance; we had the prettiest snow day and jumped at the opportunity to go exploring. It doesn’t snow very much in our neck of the woods in Washington, so we were excited to traipse around the frozen lake with their pups on this snowy day! Nailing down my favorite part of the day is tough because I loved so many moments of it. We took some photos with a vintage sled, they had a snowball fight, and I loved watching their fur babies zoom through the snow. (If you can, please bring your pups to your sessions – it’s so much fun.)
Jacob and Svetlana’s Soap Lake, Washington winter engagement session was the sweetest way to spend a snow day. I couldn’t recommend heading out into the snow with a photographer, let loose, and capture your love. Looking to do just that? Let’s connect! While you’re at it, let’s be friends over on Instagram (@sarareneephoto). Until next time 🌙
