Kaleb and Katie’s Ruby Beach, Olympic National Park elopement was the epitome of the most perfect Pacific Northwest elopement. The moody overcast skies created the most beautiful atmosphere against the towering pines. I will forever reminisce on this day with nothing but joy in my heart.

Kaleb and Katie began their day at the grand, rustic Lake Quinault Lodge. The lodge is tucked in the Quinault Rain Forest, surrounded by spruce, firs, and cedar trees. While Katie was getting ready in the lodge, Kaleb and his buddy were able to take in the beauty of Lake Quainalt, lined with hoarfrost-covered pines. After the sweetest first look and some romantics in the rainforest, we headed to Ruby Beach for their intimate ceremony on the shore. Their ceremony was officiated by one of their friends, which was such a special thing to witness. Once Kaleb and Katie officially tied the knot, we took some time to capture some more romantics. Katie looked like a literal princess, complete with a headpiece adorned in pearls.

The love between Kaleb and Katie is truly so beautiful. After their Ruby Beach, Olympic National Park elopement, my heart was filled to the absolute brim. Since their magical day, I’ve had the honor of not only capturing their maternity photos – but also their baby girl’s newborn photos. I absolutely love having the opportunity to form such deep connections with my clients. Capturing life’s milestones alongside them will never get old.
